Internship Duties:	Intern will: -Create marketing flyers/postcards/ads for various websites and window display -Social network coordinating -Update ads in various social channels -Finding various ways to help advertise our company through various marketing tools
Computer Knowledge Required:	-Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) -Constant communication (phone, email, text etc.) -Photoshop (preferred, but not required -Familiar with social network sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) -Phone etiquette
Specific Skills Required:	Good communication skills and a desire to learn new aspects of the housing market in Buffalo, NY. Creativity is a must have for this internship, since your sole responsibility would be creating marketing tools to help spread the word of our company. Reliable transportation required.
