Internship Duties: |
Intern will participate in many aspects of food bank operations. Create spreadsheets as they pertain to event activities. Participation at offsite meetings, communication via email and telephone with vendors, volenteers etc. Attendance at special events to become familiar with entire Food Bank operation. Intern will sit with every department, spend a day at the food pantry and on our delivery truck, visit a member agency, help with outreach programs and a lot more. |

Computer Knowledge Required: |
General computer applications: WORD, Excel, InDesign a plus. |
|
Specific Skills Required: |
Dedication, friendliness, good time manager, ability to take directions, creative thinking and writing skills, must be flexible and possess a sense of humor. |
