Internship
Duties:
|
.Monitors company’s social media platforms and adjusts outreach tactics as needed.
• Creates and designs marketing materials for job postings, social media, blogs, and other business needs.
• Participates in the development of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Develops creative concepts and designs for social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Stays current on any new graphic design and social media trends.
• Assists with the development and maintenance of our websites and social media accounts.
• Collaborates with other members of the organization to ensure design accuracy and consistency of the brand of The Service Collaborative.
• Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create high-quality designs.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Awareness of the principles of graphic design and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have intermediate knowledge of how to create and execute paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads).
• Knowledge of social media channels, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
