Internship Duties:	The intern will be assigned to either quality or operations at the onset of the internship & will compete a set of duties that mirrors entry level tasks of that department. Intern will also attend company meetings with either department to observe and understand how professional meetings are executed. We will be teaching/coaching interns in the following areas: Excel & Microsoft Office Experience Navigating Meetings (Both in person & through teams) Administrative Skills Managing Personalities The Importance of 3rd Party Audits (Specifically SQF but I also have multiple years of ISO 9000 experience and can coach on both) Food Manufacturing Dos & Don'ts Environmental Monitoring Hiring & interviewing SOPs and Good Documentation Practices
