Internship Duties:

  Summer (June - August): Draft and send donor request emails and letters, organize and inventiry supplies for events, assist with creative material planning, attend planning meetings, as appropriate pick up in-kind donations from local businesses (transportation preferred).

 

Fall (September - December): Provide on-site support during the Friendship in Golf Tournament (September 22), assist with final logistics and set up for 40th Anniversary Celebration (October 10), support storytelling activities, participate in follow up tasks and donor acknowledgements after each event.

 

Spring (January - May): Assist with donor stewardship (thank you notes, donor updates), organize and archive materials from past event, research funding and sponsorship opportunities, assist in the planning of Mental Health Awareness Month, participate in strategy meetings

Computer Knowledge Required: 

  Microsoft products, Canva

Specific Skills Required:

 Comfortable making phone calls, writing skills, proactive, reliable
